Product Description

Track chains, also known as track link assy, are part of the chassis of tracked heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, cranes and drilling rigs. The track link assembly connects forward motion through sprocket or gear to generate forward motion.The track link,track bush, track pin forged from high-quality steel are specially heat-treated to obtain high surface hardness in the deep hardened layer, excellent wear resistance and long service life.

Track chain means a continuous metallic chain which engages with the track driver and where each link is with a transversal metallic track shoe.Track chains function to allow tracked heavy machinery to move efficiently. These track link assy are made up of track linksthat are connected together by fittings called track pins and track bushs.

Track chains may be divided into the following types:sealed,greased.Greased excavator track chains could decrease internal friction and reduce chain noise. Heat treatments give track links a consistent surface hardness, a superior hardened depth and a strong core hardness. Track pins and bushs are dimensionaly matched to the links and manufactured to provide an track joint the design ensures a sealing performance. All of this leads to an excellent wear resistance, strength and durability for a great sealing performance and longer service life.
