Our History

Fujiansheng Shengan Mechinery Development Co.,Ltd was found in 1985, Shengan is a professional and comprehensive enterprise that integrates casting, forging, processing and sales. We are specialized in the production of excavators, bulldozers, loaders and chassis parts of other crawler engineering machinery. Shenganhas been one of the top producers of quality excavator parts andundercarriage products, such as: track roller, carrier roller, sprocket, front idler, track link, bucket and etc.

Our Factory

Shengan was located in Fujian Quanzhou, which is one of the most cities of undercarriage parts in China. We are professional factory for a full range of excavator parts. Such as:track roller, carrier roller, sprocket, front idler, track link and bucket.

Main products: front idler, sprocket, track roller/bottom roller, carrier roller/top roller, track link, bucket, swamp track shoe and other engineering machinery chassis components.

We have passed ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification and ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification. ISO standards have been strictly implemented in the company. Since 2013, the company has been reputed as “star enterprise” and “foreign exchange earner” for three consecutive years.

Production Equipment

We have 630-2500-ton casting equipment, automatic multi-station cold heading machine, CNC machine tool, five sets of 1.5-ton medium frequency furnace for casting steel, medium frequency machine, controlled atmosphere pit furnace, automatic heat-treated mesh belt furnace, high-precision imported mold processing equipment and self-developed CNC boring machine as well as high-end laboratories, which pave a solid foundation for the product quality.
