The depth of the hardening layer reaches 5-10mm.

The main function of the track roller is to transmit the weight of the machinery to the track. Adopting 45 # round steel and undergoing a heat treatment process of quenching and tempering+medium frequency surface quenching, the surface hardness is HRC52-60, and the depth of the hardness layer is 3-6mm. The comprehensive performance is excellent.

Roller body
Forged from 40Mn2 round steel material with good hardenability, the heat treatment process of quenching and tempering+medium frequency quenching ensures its strength and wear resistance.

Casting and welding process
